Edythe Richards, founder of the consulting firm A Top Career, is a Career Counselor, Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW), Certified Emotional Intelligence Facilitator, and nationally recognized expert on the Myers-Briggs® Type Indicator (MBTI). For nearly 20 years, Edythe has helped hundreds of job seekers locate and sustain meaningful employment. You can listen to Edythe on radio programs with Fairfax County, Virginia, Green Suits Radio, and The Tightrope, as well as the podcasts The Journey Forward, Myers-Briggs Question Corner, and Myers-Briggs for Mid-Life Career Changers.  Edythe is a frequent face at events in the greater Washington, DC Metro – particularly in Arlington County, Virginia, where she regularly presents workshops and seminars on Resume Writing, Career Transition, and Emotional Intelligence. She is known for being an authentic, humorous speaker, as well as an individual of tremendous goodwill and integrity. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in English, a Master’s Degree in Counseling, as well as several industry certifications.
